We have this neighbor that moved in around April 2026, apparently they're just renting the house. They have consistently been loud every day since then and we've confronted them to just turn it down and have made multiple police calls and reports. Is there really nothing we can do to get them to stop?

They have 4-6 vehicles including a motorcycle that come and go from the house every day so I'm not even sure how many people actually live here. The trucks are so loud we can hear AND FEEL the motor running very roughly through our house. They also blast music and videos from the speaker in the truck. I'm not joking when I say this happens every single day. It's now October 2026 and I don't know how we can get them to stop. Since it's not a life threat we can only make reports not 911 calls.

Hello guys I just found this sub and it seemed perfect to ask this. I'm scheduled to get my surgery late September and wanted to know with my hair texture 4b should I maybe get a silk press so my hair is loose and they can shave it easier? What's the consensus on how to have ones hair for this procedure?

I know I obviously won't be able to get braids again until I'm fully healed. but under anesthesia should my hair be like up in a ponytail or if it's not loose should it be flat into maybe cornrows?
