should I keep a bike that’s too heavy for me?

I have an old super tenere, this is like my first bike after I got my license. It rides incredible and I’m dig into the looks of it. The only problem for me isn’t the liter bike power, it’s the weight after I put a full tank of gas in. This thing becomes a half ton tank and I just can’t lift it up if I drop it. It happens rarely but every time I need get some help from others. I know the right choice is go for a lighter medium bike but I am struggling letting it go emotionally. For safety I made up my mind and ride on a few medium bikes today and I just don’t feel the excitement I got for my Yamaha.

Does anyone else have this issue and can I get some advice.

Worth 5000 more to upgrade to 1250GS adventure?

So the place where I am, I can grab a 2022 for like 10k usd. But if I want to have a gsa the lowest I got is 15k. I am really struggling on the decision. Longer range, and better protection sounds pretty neat to me as I do have trips that’s long enough to make it useful. I enjoy those days on the road. but at the same time with 5k I can add alot of bells and whistles and maybe have a spare gas can instead. What is your suggestion? I have the money for a gsa but it’s a question on whether should I do it

Check engine light

My car had check engine light on after I fueled at gas station. The original thought was the loose cap, so I retighten the cap but the problem remains. Then my other thought is the gas. It usually runs on 93, that day I added like a dollar of 87 cuz I click the wrong button, I’m in Cali so it’s just a tiny bit. The rest are filled with 93.

I’m out of ideas. The car runs perfectly fine it’s not short on power or anything. Everything works no message pop up in the center, it was kinda weird.
