Do anyone want to sell their old tablets?

I bought vida vx2 go yesterday. Today I plugged charger to charge batteries after it dropped to 5%. Adaptor is showing no light nor red neither green. Only green light is showing on reset button near plug. On dashboard it's showing charger error after charger linking. What should I do now?

I contacted dealer, he told me to submit charger and it will get replace after verification which I know it will take several days. Now I'm feeling very frustrated. It was my fault that I didn't check charger at first place.

Edit: Received replacement charger today and everything is running fine now.
