Is anyone else always getting such low readiness score?

I’ve been wearing my Fitbit Ace for the last 9 days. The readiness score started showing up a few days ago, and it’s always under 15. I definitely don’t feel that bad. How long does it take for the readiness score to become more accurate?

Does anyone else’s readiness score changes during the day?

When I woke up today my readiness score was 23, then I checked again it was 15. I have only been wearing the fitbit air for 8 days, so is it because of that or it just delayed sync?

Does Bevel calculate daytime HR differently when it’s sourced from google health?

My daytime heart rate has been much higher since I switched from my Apple Watch to Fitbit Air. There’s been a clear upward trend over the past week. My daily routine has remained the same, today I am not even working out, just sitting at home and working but still my daytime HR is 86.

Can someone please explain how is this sound asleep number calculated?

Why is the total energy double counting if I am only wearing fitbit air?

I know this is Bevel’s limitation and they are currently working on it, but shouldn’t double counting not happen if I am only wearing one device?

Google Health: Why does the respiratory rate not have all the data points?

This only started happening since I switched from AW to Fitbit Air.

Bevel’s sleep data source prioritization not working

I have set google health as first priority (image 2) but Bevel still seems to be showing sleep data from my apple watch (image 1).

All I needed was a 1 week vacation to get my HRV back to baseline

My HRV started dropping quite a bit, and I couldn’t figure out why. My job isn’t especially stressful, but I do work out 4-5 times a week. Right around that time, I took a one-week vacation, and my HRV started climbing back up and is now back to normal. I guess stress had been building up, and I needed a break from everything.

Bevel + Google Health: is there a way to switch sources without wiping history?

I’m planning to use my Apple Watch and Fitbit Aria devices side by side for a week or two to compare them. During that overlap, both sources will feed into Bevel, so things like steps and energy will get double counted.
I’ll eventually settle on just one source, but what should I do during the overlap period? The Bevel team suggested hiding one of the sources. The problem is that if I hide the Apple Health source, I lose all my history, which kind of sucks.
Am I missing something here? How should I handle this?

People in US, how long is it taking for google to deliver the Fitbit air?

Trying to decide if I should order from google directly or keep waiting for places like target and amazon to restock.

Why are Reddit reviews of the Fitbit Air so different from YouTube reviewers?

I’ve watched several Fitbit Ace review s on YouTube, and they all say mostly positive things, at least about the stuff I care about most, like heart rate accuracy and sleep tracking. But when I check Reddit, I see the opposite: people saying sleep tracking is all messed up and wanting to return the device.

Can someone explain the disconnect?

Cannot explain the sudden drop in HRV

When the HRV first started dropping, I did feel a little sick but nothing crazy. I woke up today with HRV at its lowest but I feel okay. I have been eating the same food and at the same time, the only thing I have changed is not working out as much over the last week.

Should you reset Bevel if you change your device?

Apple Watch takes heart rate readings every 15 minutes or so, and let’s say I’m considering switching to a device that measures every few seconds, like the Fitbit Air or Helio Strap. The jump in data frequency and variability seems significant enough to warrant resetting Bevel, or at least the baseline.

Would love to hear from the bevel team or anyone who has made a similar switch, what’s the recommendation on this?
