Seegehalli to whitefield travel time will increase cause of narrow flyover near metro. And with many properties being created in that locality will increase it over time and make traffic more worse.

Does big builders deal with channel patterns only or we can negotiate with them directly?
Does small builders negotiate for more then 10%?

In whitefield prices are high compared to mysore road.
I can get better builders in mysore road.
But will mysore road price get appreciated in 5-7 years?
I had lived in whitefield and Kengeri, and like Kengeri more.
Any suggestions for properties in Kengeri location.

My office is in indiranagar. I guess travel time is around 40 mins in metro and we need to add how far is my apparent from metro station.
Also i might get transfer in 5-7 years and at that time i might need to sell my flat or put it on rent
One thing i am sure is to keep it on a raised wooden platform

My carpenter have messed up in my kitchen as we can see this corner storage have become unusable because door is not opening completely.
