Howdy folks-

Question for the room, I have a 2 day single camera shoot I’m editing. Issue I’m running into is that there’s multiple long audio takes and then way more corresponding individual video clips (not slated of course). I’ve already made proxies for everything with the original clips.

How are you batch syncing things in 2026? I may be dating myself, but in the past I’d use Plural Eyes but it appears to be on life support or not available.

Any help to avoid manually syncing 90+ clips would be amazing. I’m open to purchasing a plugin within budget.

I’m on premiere pro 25 on a 2019 IMac.

Looking for your recs on a new setup, fine folks-

I need to upgrade my editing rig but I’d also like to be able to start moving away from consoles while prices are skyrocketing… thinking something with at least 32GB of ram.

I am currently leaning towards the Andromeda Insights Galaxy V3, although I’d be open to something comparable. I also am only 2ish hours from a Microcenter so not necessarily ruling that out.
