I’m a fairly beginner player who plays mostly metal in his bedroom. On Facebook marketplace I’ve found a boss katana 100 for £120 and a fender mustang LT25 for £60. If I were to buy the katana 100 it would almost definitely stay in the 0.5 mode. I was wondering if it would be worth getting the katana for double the price considering I’m only going to play relatively quietly in my bedroom. Thank you

I am a beginner / intermediate guitar player and would like to learn some stuff to be able to improvise. I can play some basic scales and I know the names of the open chords and the strings. I’d like recommendations of books, videos, articles and methods that anyone’s knows of to start learning what I need to be able to improvise and make songs. Thank you
