Hi everyone,

About three years ago, the company I work for purchased three M-Series FOBA laser systems. Recently, we've begun experiencing a recurring issue where an error code pops up when trying to home the system.

When we first start up the system and perform the "Axis Reference Moves," the X, Y, and A2 axes home correctly, except for the Z axis. I then open up the "Laser Visualization" icon and see messages such as "Z Motor alarm code," "Request execution result is unexpected," or "Z Motor protocol error."

I usually reboot the whole system and that tends to clear the error code, but recently that has not been working.

I was hoping that someone here may have experienced a similar issue and might have a solution. Thank you.
