About a year ago, I upgraded a good amount of parts. 6 puck clutch, bigger master cylinder, oem slave, and redid all of the clutch lines. As I put was putting it back together, I crimped one of my remote bleeder line between the bell housing and transmission lol. Saw that it was crimped, so I loosened the trans to free up the line. I was being lazy, so I just bent it back to shape and “it held” but knowing that it will fail me at some point.
So here I am, 1 year later and having to replace that line. It finally busted, then the Z collected dust for about 2 months. But it’s up and running again. I’ve done this job 4-5 times now, it’s easy and straightforward, but it’s time consuming and not really fun when it’s hot outside. But we do it for the love of the game.
Ended up driving about 150 miles driving to the mountains, then ended up taking the freeways going around my city.
I missed driving this thing. Time to ac on this car again, I want to drive it around more often, even during desert summer heat.
