Good morning.

im new here and I’ve been working with zebras printers for almost a week, my current position is help desk support at an hospital. I’ve got quite a few of zebras ZD420 with issues related to the network config. as you can see in the picture, the printer doesn’t get any IP from the dhcp network (wired). I tried updating the firmware, changed the IP protocol from ALL to DHCP, factory reset from the backside button but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

ps: I don’t have access to the hospital dhcp server, so I can’t check if atleast the MAC address appears

Hello, I’m new here and I’ve been having these 2 axolotl for almost a week. During this time I’ve seen the black one having zoomies quite often. He generally stops after a while or whe I give them food. I’m just wondering if this is normal or could be related to poor water conditions. Since its summer and I don’t have an air conditioner, I do from 2-3 water changes (50% and bio conditioner) per day. is this too much / can this cause stress? You can also see in the video that he tries to climb up the tank, which is kinda unusual. It’s just him btw who does these, the pink one is chill ahahaha.
