Olivia is a formidable 22-year-old Muay Thai/kung fu fighter standing at 170 cm. She possesses a powerful athletic build, characterized by well-defined abdominal muscles and a strong, conditioned physique earned through intense combat training in thunder family temples.

She lives in Japan and is Japanese. Currently, she is the weakest member of her lightning family and the weakest living lightning user, as fewer than 20 lightning users remain alive. Most of these users are currently unknown, but all known ones are recognized as stronger than her.

As for her abilities, Olivia possesses blue lightning the second strongest color in this universe. However, she has not fully mastered or refined her skills because she chooses to live a peaceful life away from fighting. This lack of combat experience leaves her weaker than her peers.
