Really too bad. Their New York style pizza rivaled many of the pizzas here in the loop. They didn’t rip you off with lack of pepperoni, and until recently, you got as much ranch and honey as you wanted.
This is a good article compiling all of the building/entertainment plans for Eado/Second Ward. The hopeful HEB (that was posted here previously) is the highlight but turning the eyesore warehouses into useable space is welcome. As someone who moved here a year ago these plans are exciting and reassuring!

Edit: I do just want to say that I have been to the Montrose/Museum District multiple times. The pizza is alright/good but I love the aesthetic and music choices.
