Headcannon safe zones

As there is no official map of where safe zones were during wwz, I was curious as to what you all believe would be safe zones during the war? I personally think islands like Madagascar, South island and most of the north island New Zealand, Jeon-ju island in korea, and Sado Island of Japan could've become safe zones during the war.

Ultramarine Praetor kitbash

This is my secondary praetor (WIP name: Julius Harkoth) I will be using for any smaller scale games and using him as praetor for my praetor on Scimitar Jetbike. He is part of something I wanted to do, which was see how much is required to convert a standard tactical marine into a praetor.
