I have gotten the rewards from all 3 mini games, as well as cleared the 1000 popularity achievement and the Fontinalia film side quest… I have been diving and fishing for 4 days & I’m pretty much out of oxygen for this…

Are there still any rewards or primos locked behind the rest of the gameplay?
I started noticing a bump forming under my eye earlier this month, and it itched for a couple days before the itch went away & what’s left is this rough patch right under my eye. I have no idea what caused this. I thought that this comes with Aging but my girlfriend said it was caused by sunburn.
Anyone experienced the same condition? How did you make it go away? Thanks!
