Just tried this tonight on the griddle. The dough was homemade by my wife, and we kept it simple with white cheddar cheese and pepperoni.

It was hands-down better than any other pizza I have had. It’s a must-try.

P.S.: It also only took a few minutes once we put everything in the griddle. The crust was hand tossed in the kitchen and I had no issues with doughy-ness or cardboard-crust.

EDIT: after putting the toppings down, I put cheese on top of those (directly on the griddle). Then I flip the pizza dough w/ sauce upside onto the toppings.
