Realized the other day that the oil cap on my ‘06 883 is broken. Been searching for a replacement but having a hard finding anything that seems actually reliable.
Anyone got any recommendations?
Picked up this 2006 Sportster 883 and loving it. Put around 50 miles on it in the last few days to get a feel for it. I haven’t had a bike in about 12 years. Feels good to be back on one.
Looking to add some T-Bars and a sissy bar some time soon. Gonna have to rewrap the exhaust too, but it’s running smooth.
Got my bike back from a tune up yesterday. Added some 50mm riser bars, new grips, frame bag, seat post, & the saddle. Super happy with this set up.
It’s been raining hard here for the last few days. Glad I forced myself to get out for a ride this morning. Was worried things might be a bit too washed out. Only had to detour once.
Picked this up a couple months back. Suffered a torn calf muscle about 1.5 years ago on my board, so I figured a bike would be a good way to get some strength back in it. This thing has been a blast to ride. The fact that it’s under $300 is wild.
Anyone got recommendations for a good front rack? I’ve been eyeballing some on Amazon, but I’m curious to hear other people’s opinions.
Also, I’m a photographer, so I’m trying to figure out a way to carry at least one of my light stands with me on the bike. Anyone got any ideas for that?
