sorry, I just returned to league and last time I was playing league, I remember liandry's smolder was a thing and people never built armor pen on him.

now I'm seeing builds where LDR is almost a staple, so I'm guessing things have changed quite a lot. can anyone tell me how I should swap out my build in the late game when I have excess gold to simply make my burn more effective?

Live+ has this joining offer requiring me to spend 20k within 30 days of issuance. luckily my issue date was 19th and billing date is 15th. does that mean I can utilise spends from both cycles of 15th to 15th to make it an even 20k for the offer?

clarity needed:

both cycles will get me 10% cashback and will get me the additional 1k cashback right? there's no clause that prevents the 2nd cycle's spends from being included in the 20k reqt right?
