Has anyone ever gotten a response from anycubic when trying to get a hold of them? Most of my order of filament showed up shortly after I ordered it, and was never told there was a delay in the rest. I have sent a lot of mails to different emails on the site, not one has ever gotten back to me. Anyone else have this issue? Or know a good way to get a hold of them?

Is there a trick to get prints using PLA+ to not fail?

I have Anycubic PLA+ and several things I have tried printing fail in the first layer. Seems like some just dont stick. I dont use any kind of adhesive before the print, but I havent had to on this one either. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted?
