2006 Sierra 1500, 4.3 L, 5 speed manual, 4x4, long bed, w/t.

I bought my grandfathers truck. He bought new in 06 while he worked for GM at the time.

It’s got cruise control, after market stereo, aftermarket speakers, flow master exhaust, ice cold AC. Everything you need, nothing you don’t. No frills

It’s a bit underpowered because of the V6 but more than enough torque to feel like you’re having fun. It takes your whole body to drive it.

It’s a great running and driving truck. Feels great going through the gears and feels great running 80 down the interstate. Really only needs cosmetic improvements that I’ll enjoy tinkering with.

He’s a cool grandpa.
