Items Not Delivered - Threat to deny future claims
I guess I made the mistake thinking that I could order items online and receive them once I paid for them. Back in April I had placed an order for 6 items and only received 4 even though the email delivery confirmation said all items were delivered. I filed a claims and was reimbursed, no problem.
Fast forward to last week, I placed an order for 13 items. I received an email that all 13 items would be delivered this week. Received an email that it was delivered today and when I got home, I was surprised to see a tiny package. I looked at my email again and it stated that all 13 items were delivered. Only 1 item was in the package. I immediately got on chat and filed a claim. I received confirmation that it would be processed but then also received another email that I was flagged and future claims would be denied. I would have loved to have received the items I ordered but that was not an option. The items are still selling online, so I’m not sure what is going on.
In all my online shopping experiences, this has never happened. I guess I’m here to rant and see if this is common? If so, Old Navy has some poor practices in place.
