Need help with this sestertius

ever since i bought this M. Aurelius sestertius, it has been getting these weird red spots all over it, but what is even weirder is that they after some time just dissappear - and even though this tray has 4 silica gels, and the room the suitcase with trays is almost never hot, i just dont know what is happening with it

Newest addition - medieval Serbian dinar from the time of despot Stefan Lazarević (1402-1427)

The obverse depicts Christ with the Gospels surrounded by 'ΙC XC', while the reverse depicts the heraldic symbol of Stefan's family - a shield with an eagle on it, and a helmet with ox horns with the inscription ' ДЕСПОТЬ '.

Kinda rare ½ of a siliqua, Theodoric the Great, under Anastasius 1st, somewhere around the year 496~

As much as i know, this was minted by the Gepidii for the Ostrogoths and the Ostrogoths minted it for Byzantine
