Why is there a hole in my wall?
New apartment, unrenovated (as you can see). Just got the keys and discovered this hole in the wall. It leads directly outside, onto my balcony. Clearly man-made. My walls are concrete and I live in Europe if that helps any.
My landlord is a large housing company, so… I'll be asking the super once I actually move in, but curious to hear if anyone's experienced something like this. I've heard of weep holes and stuff, but not directly on the inside leading out ?!
