Newbie Question: What is the "go to" way to count chapters?
Hey there,
im fairly new to LNs. and i have a question: What is the "go to" way to count chapters?
For example: With manga you have
- Vol. 01: chapters 1-5,
- Vol. 02: chapter 6-11 and so on.
But with Lightnovels its feels like its always
-Vol. 01: prologe, chapter 1-5 epiloge
-Vol. 02: prologe, chapter 1-5 epiloge
Sometimes even with bonus and afterword.
i use anilist to track my manga and want to track my lightnovels too. do you count prologe, epiloge, bonus and afterwords too? so to go with the example above: would prologe of Vol01 be chaptercount 1 and the Vol02 chapter 3 would be chaptercount 11?
i dont want to have a lightnovel flagged as "finished" even though i still have a whole volume to read, just because "i count the capters wrong"
and i know.. in the end it dosnt really matter but it somehow tiggles my ocd.
