The bird sounds—such as those of pigeons and blackbirds—featured in the advertising videos for the Range Rover SV line bear a striking sonic resemblance to the work of British artist Kate Bush. On her acclaimed 2005 double album *Aerial*, she incorporates samples and recordings of real birds into several tracks, with the second disc (*A Sky of Honey*) dedicated entirely to this theme. Although there is no official statement confirming whether the Range Rover sound team used Kate Bush's tracks directly or simply drew upon nature recordings from sound libraries that evoke the folk-ambient style of *Aerial*, the inspiration is evident.
