One shoe to take on a 6 week trip ?

Heading to the U.S. for 6 weeks this summer and looking for the ultimate “one-shoe” setup.
I’ll be there from June to August and plan to keep running 3–4x a week. Most runs will probably be in the 5–10 mile range, plus a local 4th of July 5K. I’m also planning one longer 36km run with my BIL.
Back home I’ve got a solid shoe rotation, but for this trip I want to pack light and only bring one pair that can work both as:

- a legit running shoe

- and something I can casually wear as a sneaker while traveling

I know it’s not ideal, but it beats sacrificing half the suitcase to running shoes.
Current thought is the Adidas Evo SL because it seems versatile and actually looks good casually too. My only concern is whether it’s too unstable for being my only shoe for 6 weeks. A lot of mixed opinions online about that.

Open to all brands/models. Budget is ideally under 160€.

What would you get?

PS: if it matters current PB is 10k-45:37, HM 1:43:48, both achieved in Boston13s
