First Time leasing help

I am planning on leasing a car and am trying to figure out what questions I need to ask when I am there? I have the basic questions covered on mileage, wear and tear, maintenance (oil, tire rotation etc). I am looking at and Outback and GAP is included.

What are some non standard questions I should be asking? TIA

Getting a new HVAC system and have some questions

The Trane XL1200 bit the dust and the XE80 is still working(as of this past winter). I feel that that it is best to bite the bullet and get a new system. Trane seems to be the dominant company in the Denver Metro area according to a blog on Mojohomes.com. While researching brands "Amana" popped up and from what I have read they are great quality and have an amazing warranty.

I have noticed that some companies have a "Products" tab listing the brands that the carry and other companies do not. I have to assume that those that specifically list "Trane", only sell Trane? I searched for Authorized "Amana" dealer and some did come up. The one I really researched does not list Denver as a service area(I will call and confirm) Some of the others were Private Equity owned and I prefer to give my $$ to a local/family business.

If I decide I want to go with "Amana" and cannot go through one of the "Authorized Dealers" can any HVAC company do it to "Amana" standards. I feel like there are nuances unique to certain brands when it comes to the installation process and want the right person for the job

*Bonus Question: It appears that "Smart Thermostat's" are specific to the equipment brand because of "Comfort Technology"? This is not something I am opposed to but I do not want to broadcast data to the cloud. Are these devices at all compatible with google/ring...etc?

2012 Outback Airbag light staying on.

I have a 2012 Outback 2.5i . The airbag light on the dashboard came on last week. I took it to my mechanic and he pulled the code and all things pointed to the Clock Spring. It was replaced and the light is still on. They are an indy Subaru shop and I have been going to them for almost a decade. They are very thorough, fair and honest. It appears that they might be stumped on this one. When I picked it up they mentioned that it could possibly be a computer issue because incorrect info is being sent to the scanner? I have been trying to figure out what that could be but no luck so far. I bought the car in 2012 from Hertz and the car has never been in an accident nor has there been any water damage.

Looking for Ideas as to what could be causing this issue.
