So I returned a T-shirt on Myntra but they refunded me before anyone came to pick it up. It’s been a while now and I still have the item The app just says “Refund Credited.”
Has this happened to anyone else? Will they schedule a pickup later or is the return basically done? Just wondering what usually happens
Myntra canceled my exchange order after weeks of delays and false assurances
I ordered an H&M T-shirt from Myntra. The size wasn’t right, so I requested an exchange for another size.
The replacement order was supposed to be delivered on June 13, then it was delayed to June 16, and after that it kept getting postponed. Every time I contacted customer support through chat or calls, I was told to wait and that the order would be delivered soon.
Then on Sunday, I received a call from the delivery side saying they don’t normally deliver to my address. This made no sense because I’ve been ordering from the same Myntra account to the same address for around a year without any issues. After I explained that, the caller said it was fine and that the order would be delivered.
A few days later, the exchange order was suddenly canceled due to “unforeseen circumstances.” When I contacted customer support again, they told me it was a technical issue and that I could not receive the product anymore. The only option offered was a refund.
What frustrates me most is that the package was apparently already in their system, I was repeatedly assured that delivery would happen, and after making me wait for so long they simply canceled the order.
Has anyone else faced something similar with Myntra exchanges recently? The refund isn’t the issue. The lack of transparency, repeated delays, and cancellation after multiple assurances is what makes this experience so disappointing.
