I’ve been tracking down a couple of Arkham Horror LCG campaigns and investigator boxes that are hard to find, but the versions I found are all in Spanish. I was thinking about just buying them and translating everything into English myself by sleeving the cards and maybe putting little translation slips/papers in each sleeve or something like that.

Has anybody here done this before? Are there any good resources for card text/translations, or is this way more work than I’m imagining? Also curious what people’s opinions are on whether this is worth doing or if I should just wait and keep hunting for English copies instead.

I’ve finished all the Chapter 2 core scenarios twice using the full Chapter 2 player card collection and currently own Drowned City, Forgotten Age, and Circle Undone (both campaign + investigator expansions for each). For a newer player, what order would you recommend playing these campaigns in, and should I just combine all investigator/player cards into one big card pool now or kind of unlock/use them expansion by expansion as I go? Also is it okay to combine my Chapter 2 player cards with these Chapter 1 sets?

I currently only own the Drowned Pool investigator + campaign expansions and all of Chapter 2, and I was thinking about picking up The Forgotten Age and The Circle Undone investigator/campaign expansions next as I found them at a store. My main question is whether those campaigns are still worth playing if you don’t have the Return To boxes, since I heard those aren’t included with the newer campaign expansions. I’ve seen a lot of people say the Return Tos improve those campaigns, especially Forgotten Age, so I was curious what people here think and whether the base campaigns still hold up on their own. Also would those campaigns be doable and fun with the current card pool I own?
