Anybody ever heard of or have a compensation plan like this?

Sell a deal. Get 50% of the total profit as commission.

No gas cards, no company vehicles, no special bonuses for selling more deals.

Would you do it? Have you done it?

What are the downsides as a company owner? What are the downsides as a rep?

Just what the title says.

Residential in Texas is around 50¢/Watt. I’m assuming something around 30¢-ish for solar farms?
