So I just moved to Fukuoka recently from abroad and it’s been kinda boring all this time. The japanese friends i have are not really friends from what I have had at home. They seem to be very reserved and private. Is there any way i can connect and make friends to hang out in fukuoka? My Japanese is not the best, but i can handle short casual conversations (sometimes only lol)
