Wolfbox giveaway review
Thank you to Wolfbox for this camera setup. Installed on a 2020 Transit 250
The kit comes with everything needed to install the camera. I chose to purchase a couple additional items for my install (cable gland and magnet). Since my van already has a back up camera I chose to install the Wolfbox rear camera above the third brake light using a cable gland and magnet (would probably suggest a looking around for other options; not in love with the way the camera sits on the magnet).
I used the rubber straps to install the mirror and then ran the wire down the A-pillar and plugged into the 12v outlet. I don’t need a parking monitor set-up. The wire ends interfere with the box above the mirror and cause the mirror to droop a little and also interferes with the front camera. I would highly suggest getting a different mirror mount (I think another persons review shows this).
Camera quality is fantastic. The user interface is pretty intuitive and the settings have a ton of options. I’m pretty happy with the unit so far.
