Menat to start this week's ago but finally did. My hands tired from sanding the hip joints. Now not sure what to do for arm joints. I could just leave them as is and sand the peg so it fits but the those shoulder looks funny. I could also try trimming the pegs first before sanding like second picture but not sure if that would be an issue since the arms might be too close to the torso might have an issue posing not sure.
I really enjoyed the romance of the three kingdoms games. Played them on consoles its summer sale maybe I should get one on steam. Would be nice if Koei could also do that style of game for other settings. Historical or licensed. Imagine Gundam or Berserk strategy games.
Or warriors type games of other historical settings too! Maybe that would be stepping on Sega/Creative Assembly toes but would be fun to have a dynasty warriors or rotk type game but in
I have played samurai warriors before and enjoyed it favorite part was the 3 way battles. I should try nobunagas ambition. How is bladestorm? Iirc thats medieval europe setting.
For rotk games I just like collecting hundreds of officers like thry are pokemon lol. Would love to do that in other settings. Collecting all the pilots in gundam. I think gihren greed games is like rotk with gundam but no English release.
The armor skirt peg broke right off when I put it on. But I was able to fix it with a pin vice, paperclip and superglue.
Got this set just for Lu Bu and Diao Chan. Guan Yu is a bonus! I couldnt remove the chest armor pieces to equip the mech suit. Probably can use part separator but dont want to risk damaging the gold paint. And wow the armor version is so much bigger.
I figured herospire blindboxes would be simple to construct since I assembled so many marvel galaxy models. And I messed up by skipping instructions. I did not rotate the elbow joint and snapped in the arms. Now Guan Yu left arm is backwards I tried pulling it out for 30 minutes no success and my fingers hurt so much now. Well at least the left arm can still look good just can't bent forward anymore.
Thanks to Blokees for the giveaway. My first experience with Wheels. I used to have lots of toy cars. Sure brings back memories.
Little bigger than Defender version but not as big as Galaxy version. And love how they are using same size for all the cards.
This was a fun build. I love the Dyansty Warrior games Lu Bu is one of the most memorable characters and boss fights so had to pick him up from aliexpress. Shame these arent available in USA but I guess it wouldnt be as popular as the other franchises blokees has. Also interesting it is Hero 10 but is so much bullied than the galaxy versions of other series. But it is about similar height.
Just saw this on usa blokees app. Guess that means DC Defenders finally coming to USA.

I didn’t get the secret rare but I figured i could try painting it myself. I used dspiae paint markers.
She is so tall. Wish it came with a stand though. The hands are super soft and flexible but the hammer just falls out by itself becuae it is too heavy. The hammer is way too heavy to pose without a stand lifting it. There are high heel options and you can take apart the hammer to make a bat but I havent been able to take it apart oh well. I had to do so much adjustments to get the parts to fit. Shes my tallest girlpla now!
She is so tall! Really wish she came with a stand as she cannot hold her hammer while posing. The hammer is way too heavy. There is an option to change her hammer into a bat but I could not remove the blue spiky pieces to form the bat. I also couldn't detach her feet either the peg comes out if the leg but not from the feet. The face is also difficult to swap. I would suggest you choose the feet and face you like the most and just use that.
There was some parts I found incredibly difficult to snap fit without some sanding sponges or hobby knife to adjust the fitting. I also do not like the hands. They are super soft I am afraid of breaking them especially when having her hold the hammer. And soemtimes the hammer jsut falls out of the hand itself.
Now which to build first lol. I think i overdid it with the latest haul. And i still have some I did not build yet. My Blokees backlog

I love Journey to the West so might start with Monkey King first. And I got the warrior version just for Lu Bu and Diao Chan. Man it would be cool if msde Dynasty Warriors model kits but these will have to do. Not sure for Transformers I start with Defenders or Galaxy first. I just re watched the 1986 movie last week which is why I got the waves 8 to 10 first. I still need to get Galsxy Version 1 to 7, and Defender Version 7 later. And maybe some more Hero Spire for Journey to the West characters. Also interested in Star Wars but uh where do I get space when I end up with 1000 Blokees. They keep making so many awesome models I am interested in!
Does the blokees scanning app master for usa? Maybe i should open them all first and scan in the app then build them slowly.
Hopefully thr first of many kitbashes. The older hguc kits are not really compatible with 30ms. I do have the revive of chars zaku 2 and other 30ms body options so I will have to try that later on for a fem char zaku girl 2.0. It was pretty fun to combine the pieces.

Inferno on the left is Defender version, Soundwave on the right is classic class. The rest are Galaxy Versions. Interesting the Galaxy version seems to be different across different lines and even within the same franchise can vary due to some characters are bigger/smaller.
The galaxy version says Hero 10 on it. I think it means the models are about 10 cm tall but seems it can vary a lot. Oops I forgot to measure each model.
Also seems the galaxy and classic stands use same size holes. The marvel spiderman models do not fit on the stands the holes in their feet are too small. Not sure if there is a stand for them. Bandai stand kind of works with claw attachment.
The different galaxy lines are somewhat compatible for kitbashing but I noticed spiderman legs are super hard to remove and have stress marks on them already. And very tight fit on transformers so my guess transformers galaxy models have slightly bigger joints? The transformers limbs also felt little loose on spiderman joints. Saint seiya leg joints was different and I couldn't remove it either. Transformers neck joint different too the neck joint comes right off with the head.
also I ordered more blokees so will do new comparison when I get them. more transformers defenders and galaxy versions also herospire warrior and armor versions.
Wasn't sure if these were coming to USA or not so ordered them off Aliexpress they arrived during weekend. Took me longer than I expected to finish them. Also have Wave 6 more Spiderverse going to save those for later maybe not sure.
Snapping the masks on, connecting the hip joint to thigh, and some necks and knee joints took a lot of effort. Overall had fun building these. Pretty sure all their fit have the option to connect to a stand not sure why they did not include one. I only built 2 galaxies so far 1 Saint Seiya and 1 Transformers and they included stands. I think most Galaxy Version for other lines all have stands. These definitely could have used stands since they would look a lot cooler doing an action pose. Maybe I can borrow them from the Transformers Galaxy models when I get those.
Might be hard to tell in pictures but I struggled to assemble the galaxy marvel spiderman heads. I built symbiote Spiderman and Spiderman first. Took a lot of force to snap the mask on and theres some gaps. Finally for Miles Morales I remembered the technique from gundam model kits. I cut the pegs diagonally and the mask went on more smoothly little force required and no visible gap as far as I can tell. Just be careful dont cut too much or it might cause the mask to become loose.
These masks gave me a lot of trouble.the chest snapped together much easier without any gaps.
I ordered some from blokees and aliexpress but I am curious how big they are. The packaging says warrior is hero 8 so around 8 cm? And armor says hero 10 so around 10 cm?
Or how they compare to transfomers and other lines? Seems the sizes not consistent between each IP and different lines.
Spiderham was okay build. But for Pegasus seiya, ghost spider, symbiote Spiderman the joints take me so much force. Also symbiote Spiderman mask piece took me forever to snap together and theres still a small gap.
The transformers i built so far classic, Galaxy, defenders seem to use different joints didnt struggle as much. Wel classic soundwave arm joint was similar and took long time to snap the arm into shoulder.
I also noticed for blokees once you snap the limbs together feels like its stuck there forever. If you accidentally messed it up theres no fixing it I think. The way they designed it with the bump around the peg. I dont know why they did that for other company model kits i built the pegs just perfectly fits into the pieces minimal force needed and easily removable.
My first figure rise kit too. I think next weekend project will be Hyper Gyanko or finally start a proper gundam girl kitbash. Fem Char Zaku girl or fem Amuri Gundam girl
