Does regular BB match bring more strategy to the game than 7's?

Is 7's just a faster game? or takes away some tactics from the original match? Ive heard some say it has some disadvantage for bashing team since they can't start hitting at the start of the drive.

Gw should bring 5th edition Bretonnian.

Since Bretonnian is one trick ponny, the only thing that could give some difference in strategy would be variety of heroes, but I guess it is never going to happen right?

Parravon team finished!

I know the main color scheme if black and yellow, but I thought it might be confused with Mousillon. So except by one grail knight, I used blue and black as main colors.

Didnt know what base to make, so just drew an anime character.

Sorry couldnt resist. Can you identify what character it is?

No blending painting was way harder imo.

Since miniature painting is thriving with perfect blendings, I tried non blending this time, (which turned out cellshading alike) but what I had in mind was to paint like one of those paintings in medieval age. Hightlights are done inside and not at the edge, less colors and thick black lines. In the end, looks very similar to comic style painting, Im little bit disappointed, but well, thats it.

It is not what I had in mind but I like how it looks!

Here's my first grail knight!

So Im trying this effect on grail knight

According to the lore, they are supposed to be super shiny and radiating light everywhere, so Im trying to make its clothes look as if they are shining.

Throwers finished! Only grail knights are left.

Well thats pretty much it. Not much else to say hah

If we were to say the imperial team is a Bretonnian team, which version is your favorite?

So we have the naf bretonnian, imperial nobility and gw bretonnia. Team. Which one do you prefer and why?

I was about to say the old naf one, but thinking about it, the new bret teams are really well balanced.

Could have painted another miniature instead of trying this free hand.

Lets try some freehand before sleeping!

Bad idea.

Just realized it looks better without light.

So this is a mini I painted and posted few months ago.

And while it was on display, I noticed the spotlight effect sells better when there are no other light sources. Found it interesting and wanted to share.

Painting eyes at cost of my own.

It is incredible how this model looks so different from the book illustration

How is the newest rule of bb?

I know it's been a while, and imo the biggest change must be reducing the special positionals only to two.

while this makes one box purchase more than enough, how does this feel ingame?

is it faster? slower? takes strategy away?

I had no time to play this season, seems nice in theory and it is weird that gw is implementing cost efficent game. What does everyone think?
