I must be missing something

So I recently emailed Techland Support about missing items on my Steam version of Dying Light 2, and this is the response I was given. I have never heard of this being a thing before? I feel like I'm being gypped. (Also, sorry if this is the wrong Tag and/or Sub for this kinda thing)

Need Help (Dying Light 2)

So I decided to play Dying light 2 on Steam for the first time in a while, and come to my surprise, most of my Extras in my stash are gone that includes the Brecken Bundle, Crane Bundle+Baseballbat, The First Pilgrim Outfit, and many more. They are just gone, I've submitted a ticket and all I got was a response telling me to disconnect my Pilgrim Outpost account from Steam and reconnect it, but I have already tried that and to no avail. I have tried Deleting the game and reinstalling.. nothing. I have no clue why this has happened and the weirdest thing is that I have 'some' of my stuff, like the Rahim Outfit (although I'm missing the weapon + the blueprint), the Rooster Suit, and some event candies, but most of my stuff is gone! Any Help Would be Much Appreciated! And thank you in advance

Anyone know how to fix the game from looking like this in videos and streams?

I was streaming the game to my friends on Discord, until they said that it was flickering and it was unwatchable, but on my end, just playing the game, it doesn't look weird. so I took a video and saw this. I'm playing on the mod list Viva New Vegas if that helps... (Also, idk if it would be the culprit but I'm unable to window out the game using the windows key.) Any help would be appreciated
