Support on the cheap

Support on the cheap

If y'all need a cheap support material but don't want to pay the shitty price of stuff like pva or bambus support for pla check out polymakers cope filament. This stuff is in the same family as Petg so it will stick to it but it won't bond with PLA. However it prints via the same settings as pla so you can use the same bed temp. This is also a good choice for the p1s owners and the like to use as the support interface layers. Best thing is that it can be had for as low as 12 bucks a 2kg roll!

Warning: this stuff fuses to PEI plates so hairspray or glue is a must.

Lindsey resurrected by trump?

I found this the other day, damn near died laughing. Did Lindsey get trump?

Pulled the trigger

Thank y'all for the help in deciding what to get. The assembly was actually easy by myself. Sucker heats quick, I'll be testing smoking later with a pork shoulder over night.
