hallo :)

ich bräuchte hilfe frei meinem neuen pc und hab bei sowas leider absolut null erfahrung. 
ich würde ihn größtenteils für grafikdesign/mein studium nutzen, es muss also noch nicht super professionell sein (auch kein 3d rendering oder firefly nutzung nötig). 

mir wäre es wichtig dass alles flüssig läuft (vor allem ps und id, am besten gleichzeitig) und ich später noch aufrüstmöglichkeiten habe. 
beim budget würde ich gern unter 1500€ bleiben (falls möglich).

this afternoon i have an appointment with my orthopedist and i just feel very nervous about brining up the topic of a reduction for the first time.

i’ve had chronic pain for over a decade now and have tried literally everything else. i haven’t even considered it could be related to my chest until one of my friends brought it up recently 🙃

but i just really don’t know how to bring it up without feeling stupid. my doctor is amazing and i’ve been going to her for years by now but i keep thinking im gonna embarrass myself (i’m “only” a 36E/F at 5’1).

how did you guys bring it up to your doctor and how did they react? i think knowing how appointments like this can go would help me calm down haha
