2019 water pump failure

So the water pump failed/is failing. I'm in the US and was wondering what the best water pump replacement is. I know the INA is the oem pump. My question is, is there a better than oem/oem+ pump?

Oh no what's happened?

They looked great yesterday but today they look like this? I'm in Michigan and we have had a pretty wet cool spring so far. Any help is appreciated it's my first run at dahlias.
