We moved to a new construction address. All packages shipped to the new address get returned to the sender. Called UPS 3 times. Can't get anywhere. All other shippers, USPS and local gig drivers finds us.

UPS says to contact the shipper and give them the correct address. We do that, of course, and we find a new UPS label over the correct address sending to our previous address or returned.

This has been going on since 7/13/26. Any ideas to help these people at UPS to get with the program?

In Exeter Commons where the Target, Lowes, Giant is located.

It was near the Giant gas pumps.
