Honestly, we did not expect this many people to support us from the very beginning, and it means a lot to us. That’s why we want to communicate as clearly and transparently as possible while we continue building everything up.
We really appreciate everyone who has trusted us, ordered from us, shared feedback, or simply followed along. Thank you for being part of this early stage with us.

We want to be transparent and say that we had a few small issues while setting up our U.S. shipping and forwarding process, especially around the holidays. Those issues have now been resolved, and we really appreciate everyone’s patience.
All orders placed before last week should either have already arrived or should have received tracking by email and be arriving this week.
If anyone has been waiting longer than the delivery timeframe shown on our website, please send us a DM with your order information. We’ll check it right away, and if the delay is on our side, we’ll make it right with store credit.
Now that we’ve improved our U.S. shipping process and supply chain, we expect to be able to deliver within the U.S. much more reliably, within about 7 days.
