Been trying the new version of gamehub after hearing about frame gen, but when I use a bluetooth controller (bsp d3s) the directional buttons and analog stick are not right (ex: up is right, analog stick acts like a button) anyone know how to fix this? Didn't have this issue before

Playing this on a emulator if that matters at all, also game is Pal version and this only happened once. I died right after because of skill issue and I wasn't able to replicate it.
