Packing suggestions

Hi everyone! I am going to Reading for the first time this year :)

I am flying with Ryanair, so as you know, I cannot take much in my backpack. I am starting to pack, but I am unsure about the weather.

Is it better to wear comfortable sneakers for the long walk or just take some sturdy boots and maybe add some insoles?

Do you have any other recommendations for what I should wear there?

Need help to buy equipment for an outdoor cinema project

Hello everyone! I am starting a non-profit project that aims to provide movie nights for kids in low-income neighborhoods in my country, since a lot of them cannot afford a cinema ticket and have limited safe entertainment opportunities.

The idea is to have a portable setup that we can install on the street without much difficulty: projector, screen, and loudspeakers.

It would be ideal if it is also good enough for renting out sometimes, since it would be an extra income to sustain the project :)

I expect an audience of around 30-50 viewers each weekend, so the sound and the image have to be good enough for that. We would start at dusk, and in the evenings, since I know it's way more expensive to get projectors for the daylight.

I was thinking of the Nebula X1 Pro, although it is a bit over budget; it looks really portable since it has integrated sound. However, I haven't seen any reviews of it for large audiences, which makes me a bit unsure if it'd be the right decision.

Our budget is around $1000 and up to $5000, if it would mean the best equipment possible. It would definitely mean a great effort to fundraise, but if it's worth it, we will knock on as many doors as possible to get it.

Thanks in advance! 💖🥰

(tl;dr: need recommendations for outdoor cinema setup on a budget for around 30-50 people)
