I’m planning to cycle the full Rebellion Way solo and would love to hear from anyone who has ridden it recently.

Anything you wish you’d known before doing it?
I run an artisan, 100% plant-based gelato brand crafted with zero refined sugar. We are currently scaling our production locally and are finally gearing up for our first physical retail launches.
I'm trying to figure out the best locations in and around Norwich for temporary pop-ups, weekend markets, or even semi-permanent concessions inside existing businesses.
Our Setup (This is the important bit):
We don't have a massive, noisy food truck. Our entire footprint is hyper-agile: just a sleek, whisper-quiet countertop display freezer and a small chest freezer for backup stock. All we need is a standard plug socket and a tiny bit of counter or floor space.
Our Vibe/Menu:
Premium and clean-label. We strongly appeal to the health-conscious, plant-based eaters, and the general foodie crowd.
What I'm looking for:
Independent Hubs: Are there specific taprooms, cafes, or independent shops (maybe in The Lanes or NR3) that frequently host small food pop-ups or guest spots?
Markets: Aside from the main Norwich Market or Junkyard, are there any great weekend farmers' markets, artisan fairs, or community events that are supportive of local startups?
High-End Retail: Any premium farm shops or food halls on the outskirts of the city that have a track record of taking on local concessions?
I'm currently putting together my outreach list, but I know the best spots are often community-known hidden gems. I’d be incredibly grateful for any pointers, venue ideas, or even direct recommendations for local business owners who love collaborating.
Thanks so much in advance! 🌱🍨
