I have been on atrasentan for four months and I have recently noticed some sort of swelling on the soles of my feet. I believe the swelling must be some sort of edema although as yet I do not have any swelling on my ankles and legs but do feel that at some point the edema may also appear in these areas.
After being on atrasentan (vanrafia) for four months my poassium level has gone up to 5.8 mmol/L. I have also been taking ramipril for the past two years but it never affected my potassium level therefore I believe the culprit must be atrasentan. Has anyone else experienced an increase of their potassium level after taking Atrasentan?

I recently had an insulin resistance test and the result shows 3.5 HOMA-IR. I wonder if there is anyone with similar result and on medication to lower their insulin level.
