How do you tell if you’re neutral, warm, or cool? Muted? Low contrast?

Hi! I’m sorry I know there are a lot of photos here, but I am at a complete loss on whether I’m neutral, warm or cool. I’m not great with color or symmetry, it’s generally really challenging for me to identify if something is warm or cool toned. I know I’m definitely Olive.

My daily drivers for foundation are About Face F2O and the Espoir 23.5 Fair olive cushion, but I feel like the About Face doesn’t have great coverage and the Espoir oxidizes so it’s really difficult for me to tell if they are truly working for me 🫠

I also don’t go out into the sun a ton, I think my foundation matches me well in low light/club lighting but when I’m out during the day I’m not so sure.
