Are ALDI’s So Femme tampons secretly made by Libra? Because they’ve suddenly become REALLY good 👀
This is incredibly niche, but I need to know whether anyone else has noticed this 😂
I’ve bought ALDI’s So Femme tampons before, and the ones I bought recently seem noticeably different. Honestly, they feel like a premium branded tampon now. The quality, finish, wrapper, everything just seems so much better than I remember.
It made me wonder, has ALDI changed suppliers, and could Libra possibly be making them? The box says they’re Made in Australia. Libra tampons are also manufactured in Australia, and the company behind Libra says it is the only company currently manufacturing period care products here.
Even more interestingly, the current So Femme Regular and Libra Body Fit Regular have the same listed basic material construction: elemental-chlorine-free bleached rayon, polypropylene/polyester cover and polyester/cotton string, and both are approximately 11g absorbency.
Has anyone else noticed the ALDI tampons seem to have had a quality upgrade recently? And does anyone know if they are in fact made by the company that makes Libra? In any case, I'm pretty happy because they only cost 2 bucks!
