This chapter based on the concept of gu (the to ic jar) is kinda ehh but hey, we got to see Rentarou's spine breaking in real-time, proving he is indeed mortal.
Of course, his spine apparently heals a mere few hours later, so maybe he is above mortal already...

A few days after finishing up Season 1, this question was on my mind for a bit, so I wanted to get you guys' thoughts on it
Not sure if Mason was on Reddit, but I've seen him around this community. He was a good boy. A devoted fan to Nemu. And a talented artist. One I was looking forward to seeing him grow. His arts were interesting to say the least, but it was shown he made them by himself with love.
May he rest in peace wherever he is. We will miss you, boy!
