11th gen driver seat comfort

This seems to be a somewhat common issue. Some folks swear by the comfort of the driver seat while some don’t. Mine seems to be the uncomfortable type. I’ve driven many vehicles and test drove an Acura RDX this morning that was super comfortable in comparison. I just came back from a 2 hr highway drive in my accord and tried every possible seat position combination. The seat cushions are just simply not thick or plush enough for driver comfort. I’ve had the same complaint from other people driving my car.

Tried couple of different Amazon cushions but not a big difference.

Has anyone figured out an actual solution via the dealership? Would they look at this under the warranty? Could there possibly be something weird with the cushion quality or materials?

Merry Christmas

Christmas tree syndrome has hit me again 😭 never missed any oil changes/maintenance etc but it’s getting a bit annoying. When this has happened in the past I’ve taken it to 2 dealerships and both said nothing seemed wrong. Even when I showed them this. Low key frustrated man I plan to keep this car for a long time. Did some research and seems like a battery issue?

Edit: I’m in North America so yea no freedom units yall 🫡

What number should I aim at when I go to the dealership?

It has 56k miles on it. No accidents, clear carfax. What would you guys pay for this car? Thank you all in advance.

Loving my new 26 SE!

Years ago if you got a lower trim you didn’t get any Honda sensing, but this has everything I need. I would’ve preferred leather, but I didn’t want a hybrid and I’ve been getting almost 36+ MPG’s. Also cost under 28K so win win.

2023 Honda Accord sport l hybrid.

Traded my 2019 ex-l hybrid for a newer lower mile. So far I like it but my old car is being sold as certified pre owned. 🤦 Now I’m like dang I should have kept it, the only thing it needed was the front bumper resprayed. I’m just venting cause I forked up $16k cash for something I didn’t even need. Too bad, so sad I guess.

2026 Accord Sport — Rear Sway Bar Install + Driving Impressions (OEM+)

Installed a rear sway bar on my 2026 Accord Sport. Keeping the car OEM+ and clean, but wanted sharper rotation without messing with ride comfort. Here’s the install, notes, and first impressions.

Tools & Parts

  • Jack + stands
  • 14mm / 12mm sockets
  • Torque wrench
  • RSB — I used a Progress 22 but Whiteline is also a quality option

Install Notes
Unhook the tailpipe hanger, then remove the brackets and end links.
Fish the old bar out through the exhaust side — that’s the only side with enough clearance.
Slide the new bar in the same way, reconnect the end links, and bolt the brackets back up.
Torque everything to spec: 43 lb‑ft for the brackets and 29 lb‑ft for the end link nuts.

Driving Impressions The rear feels more planted right away. Turn‑in is sharper, and the car rotates with less front‑end push, but the ride stays completely stock. No added harshness, no noise, and no weird behavior over bumps. It just feels more controlled mid‑corner and more confident when you load the chassis. Exactly the kind of OEM+ improvement I wanted.

Easy install, real improvement, still OEM+. Exactly what I wanted. More of my Accord build is over on ASHF.

Best way to tap into rear speakers?

Looking for away to tap into these speakers in the trunk to install a subwoofer. (Trying not to cut anything if possible)

Need to suggestions for rattles -2025 Touring

I’ve been driving my 2025 Accord Touring since December, and it’s been great, until recently. Over the last month, I’ve started hearing an annoying rattle coming from the front dashboard when I’m driving quietly. It’s frustrating because I really enjoy a silent cabin, and I shouldn't have to blast music just to drown out the noise.

Speaking of music, I also have a separate issue with the rear deck. When I play songs with heavy bass, the rear deck rattles like crazy due to the vibrations.
Has anyone dealt with similar issues in their 11th Gen Accord?

I’m wondering:

Will a Honda dealer actually fix these kinds of interior rattles under the factory warranty, or will they brush it off as "normal" or purely cosmetic?

If they won't cover it, what is the best way to address these yourself? I’ve heard about foam tape or sound-dampening materials, but I’m not sure where to start.
Any advice or experiences would be appreciated, thanks!

For those who say it’s impossible

2023 Accord Touring
Exactly as pictured, no aftermarket stuff or ev wheels. I would say 90% of driving is on highway.

I achieve this by always using the regen braking and having a very soft foot. I probably only go maximum 60-65 mph, which is the speed limit. I never go above 25% power, and always in eco mode. I have a bmw which gets 10mpg, that’s where I have my fun.

Let me know if anywhere gets near my range, may have defied all odds lol.

Team Change!

Traded in my 23' camry LE for this 26' SE model. Originally went to dealership to trade in my wife's Sienna and we both ended up with new cars. She got the 26' Pilot EX-L.
