Washed. Ruined. Repeat.

Tell me a solution to stop a cat from making my new car dirty.

This is what I see every morning, after cleaning it the night before.And It’s not just the dirt , there are also minor scratches from its claws.

Cats are usually clean but i have never seen such a dirty, untidy cat in my life.. It’s just one specific street cat that keeps doing this, and now it has brought its kittens too.

Toyota Prado

The Toyota Prado used to be Indians’ , more precisely, Malayalees’ favorite upgrade from a sedan.

Now, I don’t see the latest Prado having that same level of popularity among Keralites.
Its sometimes seen less often on the streets compared to previous generations.

I wonder if the new Prado’s hefty price is the reason.

Does anyone here own latest generation Prado ?

A few months old car, and the rubber seals are already fading.

I’m not sure if I’m overthinking it or just looking too closely.

My car is just 7 months old.
Sometimes I feel like the black parts, such as:

Rubber sealing between the hood and the surrounding panels,

Windshield cowl panel,

Sunroof weather rubber seal,

are losing their dark contrast.

At times, they even look oddly dull while the body color still shines , especially when the car is dirty.

Has anyone else noticed this on their cars?

Have you tried anything to restore the contrast?
