What’s the value of my truck?

I live in western Oregon and I have no clue what my truck is worth. It’s got no cancer rust just surface. I plan on taking my bumper, cb, and toolbox with me. It has the 318 2bbl, 727 3 speed, and is 2wd.

Starter skipping

I have a 1983 dodge d150 v8 318 5.2l I have a new starter and charged battery but when I got to crank it it’s like the starter keeps skipping beats and catch sometimes but then go back to skipping can’t figure out why. Hoping for ideas.
