This is my ‘91 W150 I bought around Cadillac, MI a couple of months back. Any idea what this trim is? I can’t for the life of me find it anywhere online, so it might be a dealer option. Truck has spent almost its entire life in northern Michigan if you couldn’t tell from the rust
